2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to all financial transactions—

  • Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (by any payment method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks
  • Withdrawal time — normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and bank transfer
  • Withdrawal requests are processed after verification, so your registered details must match.
  • If mkk11 suspects fraud or money laundering, it has the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Bonuses and promotions offered by mkk11 are subject to the following terms—

  • Welcome Bonus — You will receive a 200% bonus on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus amount of 100,000 Ks.
  • Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
  • Another example — If you deposit 120,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 220,000 Ks. You must wager 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
  • Wagering Requirement — You must wager 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • The bonus can only be claimed once, and duplicate accounts are not eligible for the bonus.
  • If mkk11 determines that a bonus was claimed abusively, it has the right to cancel the bonus and any related funds.

5 Fair Play and Responsible Gaming Policy

All games on mkk11 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play—

  • Game results are random, and no player can predict them in advance.
  • mkk11 is not responsible for losses caused by software glitches or network disconnections. However, if a software glitch results in a payout that would not otherwise have occurred, mkk11 has the right to void that amount.
  • No bots or automation software may be used in any games.
  • If an attempt to obtain bonuses through illegitimate means outside the game is detected, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will be confiscated.

6 VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

At mkk11, players can progress through VIP levels based on their play frequency and betting volume—

  • Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
  • Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
  • VIP level progression depends on a player's activity and regular participation, and mkk11 reserves the right to adjust the criteria.
  • Cashback will be credited to players' accounts weekly, and a wagering requirement may apply before it can be withdrawn.

7 Refer a Friend Program

mkk11's Refer a Friend program gives registered players the following benefits when they invite their friends—

  • The referrer will receive 10% of the referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks.
  • In addition, the referrer will receive a weekly commission of 0.3% of the referred friend's valid bets.
  • This program has a flat rate for every referral with no extra tiers based on the number of referrals.
  • Bonuses obtained from accounts created to abuse this program (self-referral) will be voided and the account may be closed.

Player Responsibilities and Restrictions

8 Player Responsibilities

Every player must follow these responsibilities while using the platform—

  • Keep your login credentials (username/password) secure and do not share them with any third party.
  • Players must only play with their own funds and must not use borrowed money or funds from a third party.
  • Understand that gaming is for entertainment only and do not wager amounts you cannot afford to lose — always practice responsible gaming.

9 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform—

  • Self-referring to claim bonuses (multi-accounting / self-referral)
  • Using bots, scripts, or any automation tools for gameplay
  • Targeting the platform's technical infrastructure with attacks (hacking, SQL injection, DDoS, etc.)
  • Submitting false financial data to process deposits or withdrawals (money laundering)
  • Accessing or exposing other players' personal information without authorization

If any of these violations are detected, mkk11 will immediately close the account, forfeit any remaining bonus balance, and review the withdrawal of the original funds.

10 Personal Data Protection

11 Service Changes and Suspension

mkk11 reserves the right to—

  • Modify, remove, or suspend services, games, or promotions with prior notice.

  • Immediately suspend individual services if required by law, regulation, or to protect platform security.

12 Limitation of Liability

mkk11's liability is limited when dealing with players who access the platform from restricted regions. 13 Dispute Resolution Policy

If any dispute arises between a player and mkk11, it will be handled as follows—

  • mkk11 will review the complaint and investigate using the original source data.
  • For game-related issues, the game provider's transaction log records will be reviewed and used to resolve the matter. Both parties must accept the decision reached through log verification.

14 Responsible Gaming

The Wagering Requirement means you must wager 15x the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus.
